Common Questions

What is the difference between a CNF and a Dealer?
A CNF (Carrying & Forwarding Partner) holds rights to an entire state and manages dealers within that state. A Dealer holds rights to a specific city or district. CNFs earn on all sales in their state including dealer sales. Dealers earn on their own city/district sales only.
Do I need to handle installation or maintenance?
No. All installation, commissioning, operations, and maintenance are handled by Dealer & Ecoplug's technical team. Your role is purely sales and business development — finding clients, closing deals, and managing relationships in your territory.
What is the investment required to become a CNF or Dealer?
Investment requirements vary by territory size and program tier. CNF partnerships require a higher commitment given the state-level exclusivity. Dealer partnerships are accessible at a lower entry point. Contact our partnership team for specific investment details for your preferred territory.
How are commissions calculated and paid?
Commissions are calculated as a fixed percentage of the net sale value of each charger unit sold in your territory. Commissions are credited within 7 working days of installation confirmation. Monthly statements are provided via the partner portal.
Does Ecoplug provide leads and marketing support?
Yes. Ecoplug's national marketing team runs digital campaigns, attends industry events, and generates leads that are routed to the relevant territory partner. You also receive co-branded marketing materials, product brochures, and digital assets for your own local marketing.
Can a Dealer upgrade to CNF status?
Yes. High-performing dealers who meet the performance criteria and investment requirements can apply to upgrade to CNF status for their state. Ecoplug actively encourages and supports dealer growth into CNF partnerships.
